Clients are responsible for supplying accurate information regarding their dorm room dimensions, university housing restrictions, roommate considerations, and other relevant details. Because product availability and pricing frequently change, The Dorm Room Edit cannot guarantee that recommended items will remain in stock, maintain the same price, or continue to be manufactured. We also cannot guarantee that all suggested products will fit a space or satisfy every expectation. Clients should independently verify all measurements, specifications, and university regulations prior to making any purchases.

The standard dorm design package is currently offered at $250 and includes a personalized consultation, custom mood board creation, curated product recommendations, and styling guidance. Unless otherwise stated, our services do not include product purchasing, order placement, shipping coordination, installation, furniture assembly, contractor services, or on-site design assistance. Payment is required before work begins. Due to the personalized nature of custom design services, fees are generally non-refundable once a consultation has taken place or work on a design project has commenced. Cancellation requests submitted prior to the scheduled consultation may be reviewed at our discretion.
